WORKOUTS

With WOW2, there will be more opportunities to work out on the ship, which is hard to imagine, but yes there will be! We will have 8+ dedicated workout areas that will be running a “workout of the day” at their location all day. There will be open gym times and a few special workout events as well as some “flash” workouts that will go down. We will have sandbag workouts, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, technique classes, pull up rig classes, yoga, bootcamp and introducing spin classes this year!
